Marketing agency taps into podcasting power
A Leeds-based marketing agency has partnered with a professional podcast production company to expand its creative services and meet growing demand for engaging audio content.
Source, which works across PR, SEO, paid digital and social media and provides strategic guidance to both B2B and B2C clients across the UK, has teamed up with Ginger Wizard Productions, founded in 2023 by former BBC producer Nick Wilmshurst, who brings 25 years of broadcast production expertise to the partnership.
Ginger Wizard Productions helps brands create impactful podcasts tailored to connect with audiences.
Martha Phillips, director at Source, said: “We’re at an exciting time of growth and are looking forward to working alongside someone with Nick’s expertise.
“We look to equip our clients with creative tools to tell their stories effectively, and one fantastic way of doing this is through an engaging podcast.
“Podcasting is a growing market, and we are seeing more and more requests from clients who recognise its potential to connect with audiences in a meaningful way.
“We’re confident that Ginger Wizard Productions shares our values of quality service and will help our clients achieve their business goals.”
Nick added: “Podcasts are a growing medium for companies to really resonate with listeners.
“By partnering with Source, we’re able to bring our expertise to a broader audience and help brands achieve their marketing goals in creative ways.
“It’s a great opportunity for us to leverage the experience and knowledge of the team at Source to combine our services and offer a really fantastic product.”
The collaboration builds on Source's recent success, including new client wins such as Winstons Solicitors, Stridon and Skipton Business Finance. On the back of this growth, the agency has also recently grown its team, welcoming Hayley Stansfield as head of digital PR.
