Reflo helps Andretti race towards sustainability
A sportswear brand hopes to accelerate its market presence after securing a motorsport deal.
Reflo has teamed up with Andretti Formula E to provide training gear and off-track apparel made from recycled materials.
Bosses say the collaboration underscores both organisations’ shared “commitment to a greener, more sustainable future” by reducing waste and promoting environmentally responsible practices in sport.
Rory MacFadyen, co-founder of Doncaster-based Reflo, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Andretti Formula E, a team that exemplifies the intersection of elite performance and a commitment to a sustainable future.
“Formula E is redefining motorsport by leading the charge toward a greener world, and that perfectly aligns with Reflo’s mission to revolutionise the sportswear industry.
“Both our organisations are driven by a shared vision to push boundaries, whether it’s on the track or in how we tackle environmental challenges.
“Together, we aim to demonstrate how innovation and responsibility can coexist, setting new standards for sustainability in sport and beyond.”
Andretti Formula E competes in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, with championship-winning driver Jake Dennis and teamate Nico Mueller.
Roger Griffiths, team principal, added: “We’re thrilled to partner with Reflo, a brand that shares our passion for innovation and environmental responsibility.
“Their ground-breaking technology in their clothing aligns perfectly with our mission to drive positive change on and off the track.
“Together in this partnership and with our new team wear, we’re not only racing for titles but also for a greener, more sustainable future.”
