Caroola Group appoints new commercial director
Caroola Group, an accountancy and employment firm headquartered in Warrington, has appointed Andrew Webster as its new commercial director. Andrew will spearhead the group's growth strategy, focusing on enhancing its value proposition, expanding market share and leading the business development team.
Joining officially on 6 January 2025, Andrew brings over 20 years of industry experience, including senior roles at Workwell Enterprise and Orange Genie. His expertise in navigating complex legislative landscapes, such as IR35 and Off-Payroll regulations, will be instrumental in advancing Caroola Group’s ambitious transformation projects planned for 2025.
Caroola Group, parent company of brands including Parasol, Caroola Accountancy and BAA Accounting, also welcomes Andrew to its senior leadership team, where he will contribute to shaping the firm’s strategy and future growth.
He said: “What attracted me to joining Caroola Group is the people, drive and growth journey it is currently on.
“There are some significant business transformation projects happening in 2025, and I’m really looking forward to rolling my sleeves up and cracking on.
“It’s a tough time for the UK supply chain, with recruitment agencies, end-clients, and umbrella employees all learning and adapting to change.
“Being optimistic while keeping on top of legislation - the Employment Rights Bill and Autumn Budget to name a couple - is no mean feat yet it’s so important to remain compliant.
“A big part of my role at Caroola is helping prospect, current and new clients navigate these challenges successfully, all whilst coaching an already competent and successful business development team.”
