Filtronic expands leadership team
Stockton-based Filtronic has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of David Marshall as director of programmes and Sarah Shaw as general counsel, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strategic growth in the RF and mmWave solutions sector.
David, formerly vice president of Typhoon Radar Development at Leonardo, will oversee Filtronic’s critical programmes, ensuring strategic execution and supporting the company’s expanding customer base in the defence and space sectors.
Sarah, who joins from Teledyne, will lead Filtronic’s legal affairs, focusing on complex commercial contracts and key agreements with major customers.
These appointments follow the recent addition of Antonino Spatola as chief commercial officer, further strengthening Filtronic’s leadership as it continues to expand its global presence.
Nat Edington, chief executive officer of Filtronic, said: “We are thrilled to welcome David and Sarah to our leadership team.
“Their diverse backgrounds and industry expertise will be invaluable as we scale the business to the next level.
“Alongside Antonino Spatola, our new leadership appointments position Filtronic for continued growth and long-term success.
“We’re looking ahead to an exciting year, and we’re confident that our new leadership team members, and every member of our talented, award-winning team, will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals for 2025 and beyond.”
