Thompsons Solicitors relocates Sheffield team
A national law firm has made a city centre office move.
Thompsons Solicitors has signed a ten-year lease for 6,800sq ft of Grade A office space at Derwent House, in Sheffield, relocating from The Synergy Building, on Campo Lane.
Bosses say the move will enhance the firm’s ability to serve clients across South Yorkshire, while providing a “fantastic working environment” for staff.
The city centre location also places the firm in a hub of professional services, national retailers and dining spots.
Natalie Harvey, regional managing partner at Thompsons Solicitors, said: “This move supports our continued growth.
“The new office space at Derwent House will provide an enhanced, more sustainable working environment for our dedicated Sheffield team and reflects our commitment to delivering the highest service standards.”
The deal was brokered with Sanderson Weatherall representing Thompsons, while CPP and Knight Frank acted as leasing agents for the landlord.
Richard Dunn, head of office agency at Sanderson Weatherall, added: “We are delighted to have secured this prime office space for Thompsons Solicitors.
“Derwent House offers a fantastic working environment in an excellent, easily accessible location with a wide range of nearby amenities.”
