Switalskis promotes talent across key departments
Switalskis has promoted 17 team members across ten departments, recognising talent in both legal and support teams.
Seven individuals step into senior associate roles, including Rosie Dodds (personal injury), Kate Gelder (clinical negligence), Danielle Smithurst and Nichola Burridge-Todd (Court of Protection), Sharon Woodward (wills and probate), Saima Ul-Haq (commercial property), and Ian Alderson (IT).
Meanwhile, clinical negligence specialists Heather Kolar, Paisley Laws, Chantelle Cooper, and Kimberley Bradfield become associates, alongside Samantha Downes (family law), Maria Dallas (personal injury), Clare Wraight (costs), Rafal Siwocha (IT), and property development specialists Emma Millington and Ellie Johnson.
These promotions come through Switalskis’ career development programme, which ensures a transparent path for professional growth.
Ruth Coneron, chair of Switalskis’ career development programme, said: “It’s incredibly rewarding to see the hard work and dedication of our colleagues recognised through these promotions.
“Helping people achieve their career goals is a fulfilling part of my role.
“Our career development programme gives everyone a clear path to progression, and seeing these talented individuals take that next step is what the programme is all about.”
Recently named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work, the firm continues to support career progression and diversity across its Yorkshire and London offices.
John Durkan, Switalskis’ managing director, added: “The scale of this year’s promotions shows the depth of expertise within Switalskis.
“Our people are our greatest asset, and their dedication ensures we continue to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
“Congratulations to everyone who has been promoted. They thoroughly deserve this recognition.”
