Winston Solicitors expands legal offering with appointment
Leeds-based Winston Solicitors has welcomed James Urquhart-Burton as head of continuing healthcare claims, marking the launch of a new specialist department within the firm.
A highly experienced specialist in continuing healthcare funding, James brings extensive expertise and a commitment to helping clients navigate this complex area of law.
His appointment expands Winston Solicitors’ private law offering, which already includes family, residential property and wills, trusts & probate.
The new continuing healthcare claims department will work closely alongside these teams to provide seamless legal support.
Jonathan Winston, managing partner, said: “We’ve entered 2025 from a position of strength.
“Last year saw the firm take on several new hires, and with James joining the firm, we continue in our business growth and to provide legal solutions to our clients. James brings specialist legal knowledge along with genuine care to support people, provide effective advocacy and secure lifechanging results for his clients.”
