Adform expands UK leadership team
Advertising technology firm Adform has strengthened its UK operations with the appointments of Rhoanna Glenn as senior account director and Paul Islam as sales director.
Rhoanna, an experienced growth strategist in media and ad tech, previously held roles at Captify, Audiomob and Global’s DAX.
She will focus on strengthening Adform’s partnerships with brands, agencies, and publishers.
Rhoanna said: “Having always admired Adform’s success, people, and products, I am excited to join this game-changing platform.
“Expanding its footprint in the market as it scales its innovative technology, Adform is going above and beyond to meet the needs of advertisers as they navigate the post-cookie world.”
Paul brings two decades of experience, including leadership roles at The Guardian, Immediate, Microsoft Advertising and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Based in Adform’s Manchester office, he will expand the company’s presence outside London, driving regional partnerships.
Paul added: “Perhaps a result of its Danish roots, Adform has an ethos of doing things the right way.
“This is most clear in its commitment to delivering transparency and performance for clients.
“I am proud to help brands scale the transitions around identity and emerging channels to deliver outstanding effectiveness.”
Both hires reflect Adform’s investment in scaling its UK market momentum, particularly in cookieless solutions and omnichannel advertising.
Phil Acton, UK managing director at Adform, added: “Sharing Adform’s vision of helping clients unlock their full advertising potential with the most powerful and safe media buying platform is one of the many reasons why we hired Paul and Rhoanna.
“The calibre of both these hires reflects Adform’s standing in the market as a true industry game changer.”
