    Newcastle agency lands training partnership
A marketing agency is partnering with a major financial services body to deliver specialist training for industry professionals.
The Digital Lighthouse, a Newcastle agency founded in 2024 by paid digital specialist Tom Chandler, has been named an official training partner of the Financial Services Forum, a membership network of 3000 industry leaders from firms including Lloyd’s Banking Group, AXA and abrdn.
The four-part Digital Skills Workshop, running from March to June, will cover performance marketing strategy, emerging trends and innovation, helping attendees “stay ahead of the game” and “better serve their teams and clients”.
David Cowan, managing director at the Financial Services Forum, said: “Our membership is made up of the brightest and best-established leaders and marketing professionals in financial services.
“They have a constant need to stay ahead of the game when it comes to reaching and engaging with their audiences in a digital capacity.
“We’ve worked with Tom over an extended period, so it made perfect sense for us to establish a long-term partnership with him and his new operations at The Digital Lighthouse.”
Since launching in April last year, The Digital Lighthouse has already employed six full-time staff and has secured a number of high-profile clients, including Fairstone, Nursem and iamproperty.
The firm recently moved into an office on Newcastle’s Quayside.
Tom added: “We’re really thrilled to be partnering with the Financial Services Forum to help deliver a dedicated training and workshop programme about how marketers in finance can better serve their teams and clients with paid digital strategies.”
The training programme with The Financial Services Forum is open to both members and non-members.
