Aqua Pura firm makes splash with Lichfield move
A bottled water supplier has bolstered operations with a warehouse deal.
Roxane UK has agreed a ten-year lease on a Staffordshire base.
Bosses say the 31,686sq ft unit, based on Lichfield’s Europa Way Industrial Estate, will complement the Aqua Pura maker’s nearby Fradley bottling depot.
Its move was supported by commercial property consultancy Burley Browne.
Ben Nicholson, senior associate director at the West Midlands-based consultancy, said: “It is exciting to see such a successful company expanding its operations in the Lichfield area.
“The unit changed hands last year in a £2.7 million off-market deal, completed by the team at Burley Browne.
“It was acquired by a private investor, who retained us as letting agent, and we have been able to agree an improved rent on the property.
“We are sure Roxane UK will continue to thrive as it expands operations.”
