Bloomberg Media appoints global ad chief
Bloomberg Media has named Duncan Chater as global managing director of advertising, overseeing ad revenues across all platforms worldwide.
Previously European managing director, Duncan will now lead sales leadership teams across all regions from Bloomberg’s London headquarters, reporting to chief commercial officer Christine Cook.
Since joining Bloomberg Media in 2020, he has driven 10 consecutive record quarters and doubled commercial revenue.
Duncan’s leadership has earned industry recognition, including International Media Leader of the Year and Commercial Leader of the Year awards.
Following his promotion, David Bradford has been appointed European managing director of advertising, reporting to Duncan and leading sales efforts across Europe.
Both will assume their new roles on March 1.
