Burnetts Solicitors earns workplace recognition
A Newcastle-based law firm has been named one of the UK’s best places to work.
Burnetts Solicitors LLP has ranked 23rd in the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list by Great Place To Work®, marking its debut in the prestigious Top 100.
The ranking is based on employee surveys and leadership evaluations, measuring how well workplace culture aligns with staff experiences.
Claire Harrison, head of people at Burnetts, which also has offices in Hexham, Carlisle, Cockermouth and Kendal, said: “I am delighted we have made it to the Top 100 list.
“The fact that Burnetts is such a great place to work is down to our team – who feel able to talk to us and, importantly, a partnership who are prepared to listen and explore change.”
Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place To Work® UK, added: “At Great Place To Work® our mission is to help every workplace become a great place to work for all.
“We wholeheartedly endorse that what’s ‘better for business’ aligns with what's ‘better for people,’ ultimately contributing to a better world For All™.
“Congratulations to Burnetts for achieving a place on our 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces™ List.”
