Grateful appoints new non-executive director
Grateful, a cashless tipping platform based in London, has appointed Rowan Taylor as a non-executive director.
With nearly three decades of experience in financial services technology, Rowan brings expertise in scaling digital platforms and infrastructure.
Rowan has held senior roles at AWS, Gartner and consulted with KPMG and Accenture.
His appointment signifies a key milestone in Grateful's journey to modernise tipping, offering businesses a simpler, more transparent and rewarding way to manage tips, while incentivising teams and saving time and money.
Rowan said: “I am excited to join the board of Grateful as a non-executive director and contribute to achieving the organisation’s strategic goals.
