Housing scheme helps build brighter futures
A housing project in Guisborough, North Yorkshire, has been completed, delivering much-needed affordable homes to support the local community.
Beyond Housing, in partnership with Northallerton-based Moody Construction Ltd, has delivered 27 new and refurbished homes across Woodhouse Road and Park Lane as part of a £5 million development.
The scheme includes a mix of bungalows, apartments and one-bedroom houses, all equipped with wet rooms and designed for accessibility.
Bosses say the project aims to provide high-quality, affordable housing for a diverse range of residents, reinforcing Beyond Housing’s commitment to meeting local housing needs.
Kelly Lemon, senior project manager at Beyond Housing, said: “It is very satisfying to see the delivery of this exciting and innovative development in Guisborough.
“I’m sure the wide-ranging accommodation options will benefit the local community.”
Scott Wardman, Head of Construction at Moody Construction Ltd, added: “We were delighted to be awarded this contract; it’s been several years since we have worked with Beyond Housing.
“The project hasn’t been without its challenges, but we have enjoyed delivering the team’s vision and are looking forward to working with them again.”
