Property PR firms merge to elevate services
A property PR firm is set to expand its services following a merger.
Elevate PR and Ellwood PR have joined forces to create a single, full-service agency, combining nearly 30 years of experience to deliver high-profile campaigns.
The London-based business, which will continue to specialise in public relations, digital marketing, social media and crisis communications, supporting developers, estate agents and architects, will trade as Elevate PR while incorporating Ellwood branding.
Led by Chanel Bailey and Adam Foster, the agency says it will offer “even more specialised, targeted services” for clients, which include estate agents Carter Jonas, Anderson Rose and Maskells, as well as developer St. William (part of Berkeley Group).
They add that with an expanded team and broader expertise, they are “better positioned” to help clients “stand out in a competitive market”.
Chanel said: “This merger represents a significant step forward for both firms.
“By combining our talented teams with our expertise, we can offer even more specialised, targeted services that cater to the complex needs of the property sector.”
Adam added: “We’re excited about the future of this new chapter.
“By merging our agencies, we’re able to offer more comprehensive and integrated public relations services that will help our clients navigate the evolving media landscape.
“Together, we’re better positioned to drive impact and deliver measurable success for businesses of all sizes, and look forward to continuing our growth as an industry leader.”
