Crowther & Shaw expands with MAP Mechanical deal
A refrigeration and air conditioning firm has strengthened its market position with an acquisition.
Crowther & Shaw has bought MAP Mechanical.
Bosses say the move will bolster the position of both firms, combining their experience to “enhance” their service offering, while continuing to deliver “outstanding solutions” in refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning.
Mark Gledhill, Crowther & Shaw managing director, said: “This marks an exciting step forward.
“MAP Mechanical brings valuable expertise to our business, and together, we are well-positioned to enhance our service offering and continue delivering outstanding solutions to customers.”
Arran Crabtree, MAP Mechanical managing director, added: “We have worked alongside Crowther & Shaw on numerous joint projects over the years.
“This new partnership strengthens our position in the industry.”
