Integritas Property Group adds four new hires
Property developer Integritas Property Group, based in the North West, has expanded its development team with the appointment of Dan James as a planner; Paul Smiles as design manager; Gareth Davies as senior quantity surveyor; and Reece Farley as assistant quantity surveyor.
With expertise in planning, design, cost management and financial oversight, the new hires will play key roles in project execution, risk management and ensuring high-quality developments.
Dan brings experience in large-scale project planning; Paul adds expertise in architectural design coordination; Gareth strengthens cost management; and Reece supports financial oversight for the team.
