The senior leadership team at Procast Group

Procast targets growth with new directors

Retrofit contractor Procast Group, based in Hamilton, Scotland, has promoted six team members into senior leadership roles as it sets sights on £80 million turnover by 2026.

The appointments come after a record-breaking year for the business, with turnover hitting £70 million – 25 per cent above its original target – driven by a rising number of renewable energy projects and continued geographic expansion.

Mark Lammey, Stuart Feay, Robert Hay and Peter McLaughlin have been named operations directors, with Kirstie Adams becoming support services director and Martyna Munro promoted to senior quantity surveyor.

Founded by Derek Innes in 2007, the firm opened new offices in Aberdeen and West Lothian in 2024 and has now added a Dumfries branch to support work in South Scotland and the North West of England.

Kirstie said: “I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Derek for over 30 years, watching him grown his business and came on board in 2020 to work with Derek and the team.

“These are exciting times for the business, this new collaborative directorship team makes sense in preparing ourselves for the level of growth we expect in the next few years.

“Learning and personal development is a big part of our business and something that Procast strongly believes in.

“Our business has been considerable in recent years despite the tough economic backdrop.

“I have no doubt that the new leadership team will deliver the underlying increase in service offering and an expanding footprint across England.”

Mark, who joined the business in 2022, added: “It’s a great honour, alongside Derek, and to become part of the business’ senior leadership team at such an exciting time.

“Derek has been a great mentor for me during my career and has encouraged me to push forward with my ambition.

“Over the last few years, we have embraced technology at pace and scale, with design and innovation becoming part of our reputation in the market.

“It is a joy to be part of a firm that can show the care to nurture existing talent into senior positions, carrying the culture the firm has built with them.”

Derek added: “We are building on a strong foundation as we shape Procast’s future.

“Our focus remains building our geographical spread on delivering for our clients, our people, and the communities we serve.

“It has, and will never, be more complicated than that.

“Procast stands out for-quality, sustainable homes, and its commitment to people.

“I look forward to working with our growing leadership team to continue the journey ahead.”
