Resonate appoints new operations director
Derby-based software, technology and services company Resonate Group has appointed Ben Rudkin as operations director to lead the delivery of its data-driven rail and traffic management services.
Ben brings more than 15 years’ rail experience, including senior roles at Network Rail and Southeastern Railway.
He is already supporting the rollout of Resonate’s Luminate and Initiate platforms across the UK.
In his new role, he will focus on aligning service delivery with Network Rail’s Control Period 7 objectives, helping improve safety, performance and efficiency across the network.
Ben said: “It’s a really exciting time to be involved in the technology and solutions space, and with Resonate I have the opportunity to deliver products and services that will make a real improvement to the railway and operational environment.
“The people at Resonate set a very high bar in terms of passion and capability, everyone really cares about delivering the best they can and that really does translate to the service that customers get.”
Blake Richmond, chief operating officer at Resonate, added: “The dynamic, innovative and efficient approach at which Resonate delivers solutions makes you feel that anything is possible working here.
“Ben’s a great addition to the team, bringing over a decade of industry experience on the operations side, from being on the front line to management and leadership roles across multiple rail routes.
“His deep expertise will continue strengthening our platform delivery, helping customers further embrace technology to modernise rail industry processes and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and service quality.”
