Pick Everard strengthens BSA team

Multi-disciplinary consultancy Pick Everard has expanded its Building Safety Act (BSA) team with the appointment of Vaso Vaina and Hassie Koromah.

Together, they bring 40 years’ experience and will support clients across the UK in meeting new regulatory requirements under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Vaso will support duty holders in evidencing and discharging their legal responsibilities, while Hassie, a registered Class 3 and 4 building inspector, brings extensive technical expertise in compliance and fire safety.

Vaso, associate principal designer at Pick Everard and chair of the RIBA Surrey branch, said: “Joining Pick Everard’s BSA team is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the way we approach building safety.

The team operates nationally across Pick Everard’s 13 UK offices, offering a free discovery call to help clients understand key risks and compliance pathways.
