Ella Holden, specialising in insolvency and commercial litigation, now works from the firm’s new Padiham office.
Katie Sharples, part of the family law team, handles divorce and financial asset cases following separation.
Sophie Henrys, previously senior marketing coordinator, now leads the firm’s marketing strategy, driving growth across Farleys’ six offices in Preston, Accrington, Burnley, Blackburn, Manchester and Shadsworth.
Wendy Holden, with over two decades of experience, has been promoted within the abuse claims team, supporting survivors of childhood abuse in securing compensation for treatment.
Ian Liddle, managing partner at Farleys, said: “I would like to extend my congratulations to all of our colleagues who have received recognition in this latest round of promotions.
“It’s very well deserved.
“All four of our new senior associates trained and qualified with Farleys, which is a great testament to our training programme and the development opportunities available to future trainee solicitors at Farleys.
“This latest round of promotions is another example of our investment in people here at Farleys and effectively demonstrates our strategy of being able to reward success for both lawyers and non-lawyers who contribute to the growth of our firm.
“This year we restructured job titles within the firm, providing more opportunities for colleagues to progress.”
