Business park grows with £3.3 million expansion
An industrial estate owner has completed a £3.3 million expansion.
Northminster Properties has added Cropton Court to Northminster Business Park.
The scheme has transformed three ex-farm buildings into industrial and warehouse units at the site, based on the outskirts of York.
The development adds to Northminster Business Park’s existing 50-plus company portfolio, with firms operating across warehouses, distribution and industrial units, offices and laboratory space.
The new units were delivered by Elvington Park Building Services, with York’s LHL Group project managing construction.
