A data and finance conference is set to explore how emerging technologies are reshaping business planning, forecasting and operations.
Datalyst 2025 will bring together finance, accounting and data professionals on June 12 at The Catalyst, in Newcastle.
Run in partnership with the National Innovation Centre for Data (NICD) and Analytics Network North East, the one-day conference promises practical insights into the role of data analytics in smarter financial decision-making.
Datalyst 2025 aims to connect sectors, showcase best practice and highlight the opportunities of bridging data science with financial strategy, helping organisations of all sizes use real-time analytics and automation to stay competitive in fast-paced markets.
Speakers include former ICAEW chief executive Michael Izza, Sage’s vice president of product Lisa Ewens and Andrew Mason, head of data analytics at Grainger PLC.
Sessions will explore how artificial intelligence can enhance forecasting accuracy and agility in financial strategies, alongside expert insights into data governance, ethics and legal considerations.
Attendees will also learn how to translate complex data into compelling visual stories, discover the benefits of robotics and automation in streamlining financial operations, and examine how real-time analytics can support faster, more effective decision-making.
