Law firm eyes further growth after takeover
A law firm says it is primed for further expansion after completing a takeover.
Ison Harrison has bought Armstrong Luty Solicitors.
Bosses say the move for the Skipton-based personal injury specialist “further strengthens the business’ position as a leading full-service legal practice”.
And they say it will be followed by the “imminent announcement” of additional branches as the business continues to execute a growth blueprint.
Under the terms of its Armstrong Luty takeover, the firm will continue to operate from its Skipton office under the Ison Harrison banner.
Jonathan Wearing, managing partner at Ison Harrison, whose office network includes bases in Huddersfield, Leeds and York, said: “Armstrong Luty’s expertise in personal injury law is a natural fit with our own.
“Together, we’re more capable, adaptable and better positioned to serve clients than ever before.”
Andrew Armstrong, founder of Armstrong Luty, added: “Becoming part of Ison Harrison marks an exciting new chapter for us.”
Ison Harrison’s office portfolio includes further bases in Barnsley, Doncaster, Harrogate and Wakefield.
