Alto names new director of partnerships
Alto Software Group has appointed SaaS specialist Stu Pick as director of partnerships, continuing a run of high-profile hires as the business accelerates its growth strategy.
Stu brings more than 14 years of experience from roles at NetSuite, Brightpearl and Sage, where he led partner-led growth and revenue.
At Alto, he will focus on integrations, strategic alliances and co-innovation as the company expands its presence in the estate agency software market.
Stu said: “Partnerships should be a growth engine – not a gatekeeping exercise.
“I’m here to build a partner ecosystem that’s open, easy, and built around what agents actually want – real-time integrations with any tool they need, real freedom to choose their stack and a much better experience for our customers – and theirs.
“I’m here to build the kind of ecosystem that helps agents win.”
Stu’s appointment follows recent leadership moves including chief executive Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, executive chair Derek O’Carroll and chief revenue officer Nick Shaw, as Alto positions itself as the UK’s leading agent-focused CRM.
Riccardo added: “Stu’s the real deal – strategic, commercial and relentlessly focused on value.
“He knows how to build partnerships that move the needle and support our customers.
“He’s a perfect fit for what we’re building at Alto.”
