IntelliAM appoints new chairman-elect
Yorkshire-based AI firm IntelliAM has named Dr Keith Harris as its new non-executive director and chairman-elect, as it continues to scale its AI-powered solutions across global industrial markets.
A seasoned investment banker and strategist, Dr Harris will formally take up the chairman role on July 1.
With a 35-year track record spanning senior roles at HSBC Investment Bank, Morgan Grenfell and Seymour Pierce, Dr Harris brings deep expertise in capital markets, corporate strategy and cross-border transactions.
He currently chairs NASDAQ-listed MeiraGTx and Global Connectivity Plc.
Dr Harris said: “IntelliAM is delivering real transformation in a vital sector through the intelligent application of AI.
“I look forward to working with Tom and the board to support the company's ambitions and help realise its significant market potential.”
Tom Clayton, chief executive of IntelliAM, added: “We are delighted to welcome Keith to the board.
“His extraordinary track record in capital markets and board leadership will bring enormous value to IntelliAM as we deepen our relationships with institutional investors and pursue our strategic growth initiatives.”
IntelliAM, founded in 2023 and listed on Aquis, specialises in AI and machine learning for manufacturing.
Its clients include six of the world’s top 12 food and drink producers, such as Mars, Muller, ADM and Weetabix.
The news follows a trio of recent senior hires: Jane Robinson as vice president of business development; Ian Wild as vice president of product; and Owain Lewis as vice president of data engineering.
