IT firm S2S Group eyes growth with investment
An IT firm has unveiled growth plans after securing an investment boost.
S2S Group has been backed by Bailie Group.
Bosses say the agreement – which has seen Bailie Group take a 25 per cent stake – will “accelerate” Rotherham-based S2S Group’s ambitions of growing revenues to nearly £6 million.
Known for IT asset disposal and data destruction services, S2S Group works across sectors including defence, finance and education.
Leeds-headquartered investment firm Bailie Group owns a portfolio of communications agencies and consultancies.
Grant Barton, chief executive of S2S Group, which has additional offices in London and Glasgow, said: “Partnering with Bailie Group is a major milestone for us.
“With their support, we’re confident we can grow faster, innovate further and deliver even greater value to customers.”
Fergus Bailie, chief executive of Bailie Group, added: “S2S Group operates in a critical area where security, sustainability and innovation come together, and we’re excited to support its vision for the future.
“S2S Group has tremendous growth potential, and I’m confident we can expand their market share.”
