SEW-EURODRIVE expands in Ireland
Normanton-based SEW-EURODRIVE UK has strengthened its Irish market presence with the appointment of Eoin Garrigan as business development manager for Ireland.
Based at the firm’s Normanton headquarters, Eoin will lead strategy and growth across the country, building on 50 years of SEW-EURODRIVE activity in Ireland.
With over 25 years of experience in the drives industry, he brings strong technical and commercial expertise.
Eoin said: “I’m excited to join SEW-EURODRIVE UK, at a pivotal time for the company as we expand further into Ireland.
“Since starting with SEW, I can see why the product, services and expertise we offer are market leading.
“We will bring a fresh approach to the Irish market, introducing automated solutions to new segments and customers.”
The company is ramping up operations to meet growing demand, following long-term partnerships with clients such as Rapid International.
Andy Turner, operations director at SEW-EURODRIVE, added: “Ireland has so much untapped potential for us, so I’m really pleased that Eoin has joined to help us increase our visibility and drive our market growth forward.
“We’ll be working closely over the next few months to develop our business strategy, so we can reach new customers in the Irish market and provide even better solutions to our existing customers in Ireland.”
