Swinburne Maddison announces seven promotions
North East law firm Swinburne Maddison LLP has promoted seven lawyers across its Durham-based team, recognising standout performance following a record year.
Five have stepped up to managing associate, including private client solicitor Amy Pyman and dispute resolution specialist Jenna Keir-Kendrew.
In corporate and commercial, both Matt Ray and Rebecca Logue earned promotion, alongside Rebecca Harper in residential property.
Meanwhile, Kelly Jefferson and Mary Feather have also been promoted to associate within the dispute resolution and commercial property teams, respectively, reinforcing the firm’s investment in talent and leadership.

The announcement comes at a pivotal time for the firm, which now has a headcount of 90 and recently unveiled a refreshed brand identity.
