Northampton-based Winvic Construction has been appointed by IM Properties to start building Towcester Park, a £200 million development covering 1.1 million sq ft of industrial space near the A43.

The park is expected to generate 1500 jobs when fully occupied.

It will also include 15 acres of green space.
