AEW Architects celebrates best workplace treble
A North West architecture firm is celebrating national recognition after being named one of the UK’s best places to work for the third consecutive year.
Manchester-based AEW Architects has once again secured a place on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, which recognises top employers across a range of diversity and wellbeing categories.
The firm’s continued success in the nationwide survey reflects strong employee engagement across key areas including recognition, empowerment and job satisfaction.
It follows a series of accolades for AEW, including being shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year at the Insider North West Property Awards and making the AJ100 for the third time.
Alex Southall, director at AEW Architects, said: “As a people-first business, we know we’re only as good as the people we employ.
“Our holistic People Strategy – built around wellbeing, growth and development, and outreach – is designed to create a truly rewarding and inclusive work environment for every member of our team.
“To be recognised on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the third consecutive year, and to receive praise across multiple aspects of our people offer, is an incredible honour.
“We’re absolutely delighted.”
