Mincoffs ranked region’s top deal adviser again
A Newcastle law firm is celebrating continued success as it strengthens its national profile in mergers and acquisitions.
Mincoffs Solicitors has been ranked the North East’s top legal deal adviser in Experian’s Market M&A Review report for quarter one of 2025.
The firm, which also services in areas including real estate, family law, licensing, employment and dispute resolution, also secured fourth place for deal volume in the East of England and ranked among the UK’s top 20 advisers.
With more than 75 years of experience, Mincoffs continues to grow its presence across corporate and commercial law, while also offering services.
Paul Hughes, senior partner and head of corporate at Mincoffs, said: “It is a huge achievement to be recognised as one of the UK’s top 20 legal advisers, cementing what has been an incredibly strong start to the year for the corporate team and the firm as a whole.
“We are thrilled to have maintained our ongoing position as the North East’s number one deal adviser, and it is fantastic to see the team’s performance being recognised with a high ranking in the East of England as well.
“This is an excellent result for quarter one, which the team should be very proud of, and one we hope to continue across the rest of 2025.”
