Property firm unveils 1000-home portfolio
A property consultancy has unveiled a 1000-home scheme.
LH1 Global says it will deliver “large-scale and boutique” developments across London, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham and Market Harborough.
Bosses add the schemes will target “a range of purchasers from first-time buyers to discerning investors.”
Developments include The Bank, in Leeds, which is transforming a former Grade II-listed Lloyds branch into 17 one and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
Further schemes include Brickworks Canalside, in Birmingham, which is creating 85 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and Millstone Court, in Market Harborough.
Set on the banks of the River Welland, the latter is blending a converted Grade II-listed 19th century former flour mill with new buildings to create 83 one and two-bedroom apartments.
Rayna Hunter, LH1 Global chief executive, said: “The homes on offer have real character and are located in towns and cities with property markets that are predicted to thrive in the coming years.”
