Owl Partnerships names new managing director
Tamworth-based housebuilder Owl Partnerships has appointed Warren Bolton as managing director and unveiled a refreshed brand identity.
Warren brings over 20 years’ experience in affordable housing, having held senior roles at Lovell, Barratt and Keon Homes.
He said: “I’ve built my career by creating long-lasting, mutually-beneficial partnerships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, and believed this approach would fit well with the Owl ethos.
“Owl is ambitious.
“We aspire to be the most sought-after SME provider of housing in the Midlands and beyond, delivering 1000 new homes a year.
“To me, this presented a compelling challenge and an opportunity to make a tangible and impactful difference.
“Our sector has just been given a huge boost and much-needed clarity with the announcement of the Affordable Homes Programme, meaning we can begin to tackle the challenge of delivering the government’s housing targets.
“With this certainty, we felt confident the timing was right to refresh our branding, strengthen our presence within the region and welcome a bright future!”
Owl Partnerships currently has seven developments delivering 300 homes across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire, with four more sites launching in 2025.
Earlier this year, parent company Owl Group celebrated the delivery of its 1000th home in the Midlands.
Warren added: “Reaching such a significant milestone is a huge testament to both the team and our strong partnerships.
“People are at the heart of everything we do.
“I’m delighted this approach was just recognised with one of our site managers, Alan Hadley, receiving an NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award.
“Alan was rewarded for his work on our scheme at Broadway Lane, Fladbury, meaning Owl Partnerships was the only affordable housing provider to win in the West region.
“This industry recognition is inspirational, and I want to ensure Owl continues to provide a thriving, nurturing workplace, especially for young people.
“As an industry we need to tackle the skills shortage and better promote construction careers; they offer variety, are well paid and hold fantastic long-term prospects.
“I’m proud to employ apprentices and growing this programme will be a high priority as we seek to achieve our goal of becoming a leading SME affordable housing developer.”
