Ex-Pfizer exec brings global insight back home

A North East consultancy is strengthening its support for small businesses with the expertise of a seasoned global industry leader.

Colin Seller, a former vice president at pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, joined Newcastle-based Seller HR & Business Solutions as a director and principal consultant nearly five years ago.

After working with corporate clients across the USA and Europe, and contributing to the UK Government’s COVID-19 response, Colin is now expanding his services to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in his native North East.

Based in Northumberland, he brings decades of experience in operational excellence and business transformation, with a focus on improving performance and enabling sustainable growth for regional businesses.

Colin said: “Bringing my services to the North East is both exciting and incredibly meaningful to me.

“This region has been my home for the majority of the last 30 years and I’m very passionate about supporting its economic development.

“There is a diverse and dynamic range of SMEs here, each with unique potential.”

Colin’s consultancy focuses on site turnarounds, supply chain improvements and profitability enhancements, all tailored to meet specific client goals.

His renewed focus on local business brings global insight to regional companies navigating an increasingly competitive market.

Colin added: “I am keen to collaborate with ambitious local businesses in any sector to help them drive meaningful change, unlock the potential of their people, realise their growth opportunities and help them achieve sustainable success and profitability.

“Whether you are dealing with a workforce of 50 or 5000 people, the principles are the same but in smaller businesses, the quicker the results can be achieved.”
