McHale & Co opens doors to growth with new base
A Greater Manchester law firm is expanding its footprint to support growing demand for real estate services.
McHale & Co has taken over the entire third floor of Warrant House, a former police station in Altrincham’s Market Quarter, just yards from its main office on High Street.
Bosses say the 4500sq ft space will house the firm’s 25-strong real estate team, providing open-plan working areas, meeting rooms, breakout zones and a kitchen.
They add the expansion also provides scope for further recruitment, with ten additional hires planned.
Kamil Tomaszewski, partner and head of McHale & Co’s real estate team and the group’s chief operating officer, said: “The relocation supports our continued success in the property sector, providing the space and facilities to accommodate our current team of 25 and room for an additional ten hires over the next two to three years.
“It ensures our team remains in the heart of Altrincham, close to our main office.
“The move marks a key step in the firm’s long-term expansion strategy.
“We’ve reached an exciting stage of growth across the business, and the real estate team is a major part of that.
“This new space reflects both where we are and where we are going – a modern, high-quality environment that matches the calibre of work our team delivers for clients.”
Founded in 2001, McHale & Co, which is part of the McHale Group, advises clients nationally and internationally, with services spanning personal and business legal matters including probate, family law, litigation, employment, intellectual property and insolvency.
Property agency Christopher Dee, also based in Altrincham, secured the 15-year lease for the new office at Warrant House.
