Alto adds SaaS transformation leader
Alto Software Group (ASG) has appointed Luke Carroll as head of transformation and SaaS operations, further strengthening its leadership team as it builds the UK’s leading estate agency platform.
Luke brings deep experience in finance, SaaS operations and business transformation, with previous senior roles at Sage and retail SaaS scale-up Brightpearl, where he helped drive commercial and operational growth ahead of its $360 million acquisition.
In this newly created role, Luke will lead company-wide process improvements, business systems and go-to-market infrastructure, laying the foundations for scalable, high-performance growth.
He said: “This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a team I know and trust, in a fast-moving environment where transformation is front and centre.
“It’s exactly the kind of challenge I thrive on.
“My focus at Alto is on building a SaaS operating model that’s fit for scale.
“That means having the right infrastructure in place to support fast, sustainable growth, embedding strong performance metrics across the business, and making sure we’re set up to serve more customers, more efficiently.
“It’s about driving the projects that will have the biggest commercial and operational impact."
Luke’s appointment follows a string of senior hires at Alto, including chief executive Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson and executive chair Derek O’Carroll, as the business continues its evolution as a standalone SaaS company.
Riccardo added: “Luke is a proven SaaS operator with a track record of making businesses like ours leaner, faster, and more scalable.
“We’re building the last CRM agents will ever need – and that takes more than great software.
“It’s about bringing in the best people to make us more agile, more operationally robust, and even better at serving our customers.
“Luke’s exactly that.
“His combination of commercial insight and operational rigour makes him a fantastic addition to the leadership team at a pivotal moment in Alto’s growth.”
