Alto hits new high with record growth

A London-based property software firm has “exceeded every previous benchmark” after posting record-breaking results for the first half of 2025.

Alto, which provides CRM tools for estate agents, reported a 22 per cent year-on-year rise in monthly recurring revenue and a 14 per cent uplift on its previous half-year best.

The company also delivered its second-strongest second quarter performance to date, driven by strong demand for its cloud-based tools.

Nick Shaw, chief revenue officer, said: “This has been an outstanding first half.

“We’ve exceeded every previous benchmark for new business, brought more agents onto the platform than ever before and seen strong growth across both deal volume and value.

“Agents are switching to Alto because it delivers measurable value.”

More than 6000 agents now use the platform, including new sign-ups such as independent Kendal agency Mint Homes.

Helen Westwell, owner and director at Mint Homes, added: “Alto has transformed the way we work.

“Everything is faster, slicker and easier, and the support has been outstanding.

“We’ve gained time, improved accuracy and can now offer a better service to landlords and tenants.”
