RMT Technology set to double its team

A Newcastle-based tech firm is set to grow after moving into new offices.

RMT Technology has switched to an 1800sq ft office at its Gosforth headquarters. 

Bosses say the purpose-built space includes extra desk capacity and a dedicated area for engineers to develop and test customer solutions.

They add that with this expansion, RMT Technology - the technology arm of RMT Accountants & Business Advisors - aims to double its team over the next two years, creating 15 roles in technical and project management, with the first recruits expected to join this summer.

Stephen McNickle, commercial director at RMT Technology, said: “The investment in a dedicated facility for our growing team has given us a base from which the business can make huge strides.

“Building a bigger team that can meet the increasing client demand we’re expecting to see is an essential part of our own continuing evolution.”

RMT Technology works closely with SMEs to provide IT solutions covering strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data management.
