Teesside heating company seeks new talent
A Teesside-based heating company is expanding its team following a steady rise in demand.
Matt Grange Home Heating Experts, founded in 2009, has launched a recruitment drive for new engineers after seeing a 10-15 per cent increase in customer enquiries.
The growth has been largely fuelled by client recommendations and repeat business across the region.
The firm is looking for skilled heating engineers to help deliver its services, offering a competitive package including salary, bonuses, a pension, sick pay and normal holiday entitlement.
Successful recruits will also be provided with a uniform, an iPad and will be given use of a company vehicle.
Director Matt Grange said: “We are thrilled by the increasing demand for our services, which reflects the hard work and dedication of our existing team.
“This recruitment drive is a fantastic opportunity for skilled engineers in the local area to join a thriving company that values expertise and customer satisfaction.
“We are committed to investing in our team and providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.”
Interested candidates can apply by calling the office on 01642 927325.
