Kingston team shines at property awards
A Newcastle property management team is celebrating national recognition at an industry event.
Kingston’s Glen Wildsmith, caretaker at Leazes Square, won the ‘On-Site Staff Member of the Year’ award at The Property Institute (TPI) ACE Awards 2025, held in London.
The event, which was attended by more than 500 professionals, honours excellence across the UK’s property management sector.
Glen’s award was testament to his hard work, reliability and the pride he takes in supporting residents and maintaining high standards across the Leazes Square development.
Glen said: “Winning this award is a real honour, but for me it’s always been about taking pride in my work and being there for the residents.
“This award is a huge bonus and I’m grateful for the support from my property manager and wider Kingston team.”
Meanwhile, Stephanie Rosie, a Kingston property manager, was highly commended in the ‘Rising Star’ category.
Kingston was shortlisted in five categories, reflecting the team’s strong customer focus and talent, while the company also sponsored the ‘Service Provider of the Year’ award, won by Abbatt Group and Adiuvo.
Paul Carter, managing director of Kingston, added: “We are incredibly proud of Glen, Stephanie and all our shortlisted colleagues.
“Their dedication, professionalism and commitment to service excellence underline Kingston’s reputation as a trusted managing agent and we are delighted to be recognised at a national level.”
