Planning consultancy Johnson Mowat Planning Ltd, based in Leeds, has strengthened its team with the appointments of Joseph Perkins as principal planner and Eric Bainbridge as senior planner, supporting continued national growth.
Joseph brings over a decade of experience across public and private sectors, with expertise in major applications and strategic planning.
Eric adds specialist knowledge in residential and mixed-use schemes, alongside strong digital and client engagement skills.
The hires mark another step in Johnson Mowat’s commitment to delivering expert planning advice across the UK.
