SPG Resourcing accelerates EU growth
A Leeds-headquartered tech recruitment firm is expanding its European reach as demand for cybersecurity talent soars across key sectors.
SPG Resourcing is accelerating growth across the Netherlands and wider EU with plans to hire four cybersecurity-focused managers over the next six months.
The move follows its recent US expansion and the UK launch of sister company SPG Intelligence, which supports artificial intelligence adoption.
Bosses say the firm, which also has an office in Newcastle, will focus on sourcing cyber professionals in areas such as network and cloud security, identity access management and data privacy – skills increasingly vital in sectors such as finance, telecoms, energy and healthcare.
Sam Hameed, SPG group managing director, said: “Europe is facing a cybersecurity talent crunch at a time when digital threats are escalating.
“Our expansion into the Netherlands is not just about geography; it’s about aligning with the sectors and regions that need the deepest technical expertise.
“Our approach is consultative and partner-led, leveraging our track record in the UK and US to deliver both scale and specialism.”
SPG Resourcing’s delivery model combines deep vendor partnerships, a rigorous candidate screening process and access to technical certification and security clearance.
The firm has seen rapid growth over the past two years, working with clients across public and private sectors to strengthen digital infrastructure.
