
Jackson Lees Group welcomes three new solicitors
Law firm Jackson Lees Group has welcomed three new solicitors across its North West offices as the firm continues to grow.
Angelika Motycka has joined the wills, trusts and probate team from Hill Dickinson.
A specialist in estate planning and trust administration, she also serves as treasurer of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ Liverpool branch.
Angelika said: “As a private client solicitor, I get the chance to help and advise my clients on a range of important matters.
“I feel very excited to start my journey with Jackson Lees and to continue developing my technical expertise, as well as helping clients.”
Tim Passmore joins the civil and commercial litigation team, bringing experience in everything from debt recovery and possession claims to complex commercial disputes.
Tim added: “I’m looking forward to achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients and making a positive difference for them.
“To work for a firm which promotes positive values and provides me with a platform to make a difference for my clients is extremely rewarding.”
Holly Duncanson, formerly of Stephensons Solicitors, strengthens the commercial property team.
Her client portfolio includes SMEs, lenders, housing associations and charities, with expertise spanning acquisitions, leasehold matters, pension transactions and refinancing.
Holly added: “I’m delighted to join Jackson Lees as I take the next step in my legal career.
“I look forward to contributing to the team and supporting clients with their varied and complex property matters.”
Jackson Lees, Broudie Jackson Canter and Farrington Law make up the Jackson Lees Group, which employs over 280 people across offices in Liverpool, Wirral and Southport.
The group is part of MAPD Group – Making a Positive Difference – a national collective of local law firms founded in 2020.
