Inspired HR expands team ahead of Employment Rights Bill
As UK employers prepare for the upcoming Employment Rights Bill, specialist HR consultancy Inspired HR is growing its team to meet rising demand for expertise in neurodiversity and inclusive employment practices.
Although the bill does not specifically address neurodiversity, its focus on day-one employee rights, flexible working and reasonable adjustments will require employers to better support neurodivergent staff.
In response, Inspired HR, which is based in Blyth, Northumberland, has appointed two new team members and brought on three associates after experiencing 77 per cent growth over the past year.
These additions enhance the firm’s capabilities in employment law, workplace accessibility and neurodiversity strategy – critical areas as businesses adapt their HR policies to meet the bill’s new requirements.
Nikki Masterman, founder and chief executive, said: “We’re seeing more organisations recognise that inclusive practice is essential for legal compliance and business performance.
“Our team expansion ensures we can continue to provide expert, proactive support to help businesses embed neuroinclusivity and make sure both the business and its staff are able to thrive.”
For neurodivergent employees, including those with ADHD, autism, or dyslexia, the changes are expected to increase awareness and enforcement of workplace rights, making expert guidance more essential than ever.
Nikki added: “Employers who take neuroinclusion seriously now will not only reduce legal risk but also unlock the potential of a highly skilled and often underrepresented talent pool.”
