Housebuilder breaks ground on trio of schemes
A housebuilder has kickstarted work on a trio of developments.
Owl Homes has broken ground on sites in Leicestershire and Gloucestershire.
Bosses say the estates will deliver 169 homes and provide “part of the solution to the national housing shortage”.
The schemes include Waltonbrook, at Burton on the Wolds, near Loughborough, which is set to feature 66 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, and the 55-property one-to-five bedroom Oakwood estate, at Stoke Golding, near Hinckley.
Willowbank Meadows, at Alderton, on the edge of the Cotswolds, will include 48 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Jonathan Rumble, group director at Tamworth-based Owl Homes, said: “We’re excited to have work underway on these sites.
“These developments are about more than just building new homes, they're creating vibrant communities with access to great schools, excellent transport links, family-friendly entertainment and outdoor living.
“As our industry works to tackle the national housing shortage, we’re proud to be part of the solution.”
