Sandyford appoints new head of building surveying
Sandyford Properties, the multi-let industrial property company, has appointed Jason Goss as head of building surveying as it continues its ambitious expansion across the North West and Midlands.
Jason has more than 35 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry.
He joins Sandyford from LCP Ltd UK, a commercial property investment and management company within the M Core Group, where he was a director of estates.
Prior to his work at LCP, Jason was a director at JLL in the Midlands.
In his new role, Jason will lead Sandyford’s building surveying function with responsibility for technical due diligence, capital investment planning, leasehold compliance and dilapidations, as well as long-term building maintenance across the company’s 1.8 million sq ft multi-let industrial portfolio.
He will also advise on acquisition surveys and planning, in addition to supporting special projects.
Jason said: “I am delighted to join Sandyford at a time of strong growth for the business.
“I look forward to working with the team to ensure that our occupiers have access to the high-quality, resilient units that they need across the North West and Midlands.”
Paul Brindley, managing director of Sandyford Properties, added: “We are excited to welcome Jason to the Sandyford team.
“His experience will be invaluable as we continue to scale up our portfolio and will strengthen our ability to maintain and improve our assets.”
