Luxury hotel 'opens new chapter' with spa venture
A luxury hotel is expanding with a woodland wellness venture.
Gisborough Hall has secured planning approval for Sakura Spa.
The endeavour – set to open in spring next year – will feature six treatment rooms, relaxation lounges and a thermal garden.
Bosses say it will also include a vitality pool, steam room, saunas and a dining area.
The development at Gisborough Hall, based on the outskirts of East Cleveland market town Guisborough, is being led by a team including international interior designer Nic Tamlin and spa consultant Nicki Kurran, and is being project managed by chartered surveyor Glenn Bland.
Lord Gisborough, owner of Gisborough Hall, said: “As a family, we remain deeply committed to the long-term future of Gisborough Hall.
“The Sakura Spa represents more than just a new chapter for our hotel; it is a heartfelt investment in wellbeing that is inspired by the surrounding woodland.
“It is a privilege to help shape something that will serve guests and neighbours for generations to come.”
