Joinery company nails £60 million London deal
A joinery and fit-out firm has secured a £60 million property contract.
EE Smith Contracts is set to revamp 52 Avenue Road, near London’s Regent’s Park.
Bosses say the project will transform 12 super-prime houses, with work expected to be completed in late 2026.
The scheme – which is being developed by Domvs London alongside Select Group – includes three terraces of four five-storey homes featuring winter gardens on roof terraces.
It also features a basement with a swimming pool, gym, treatment rooms and residents’ lounge.
Neil Bottrill, managing director at Leicester-headquartered EE Smith Contracts, said: “This scheme provides the perfect opportunity to showcase our skills at the very top end of the fit-out industry.
“We continue to see many opportunities in the high-end fit-out market, and are very well placed to take advantage.”
Jon O’Brien, Domvs’ founder and principal, added: “We are delighted to have secured the services of EE Smith following a long tender and evaluation process.
“The quality of its team and standard of its final product aligned perfectly with our values.”
