IDS Group backs Yorkshire business growth
A Leeds-based technology firm is helping Yorkshire businesses scale digitally.
IDS Group has been named the exclusive technology sponsor for Connect Yorkshire, a membership network supporting more than 1000 entrepreneurs, business leaders and high-growth companies across the region.
Bosses say the partnership marks the first time Connect Yorkshire has appointed a technology sponsor.
They add that IDS Group will provide expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation and technical consultancy, with members benefiting from free workshops, roundtables and one-to-one consultations, whether they are early-stage ventures exploring tech for the first time or established companies scaling complex digital systems.
Nick Halliday, chief executive at IDS Group, said: “We’ve been proud Connect Yorkshire members for over six years.
“We’ve built invaluable relationships across the network, and this sponsorship formalises our commitment to supporting the region’s businesses as their go-to technology partner.”
Sophie Conboy, chief executive at Connect Yorkshire, added: “We’re delighted to welcome IDS Group as our exclusive technology sponsor.
“We’ve worked with Nick and the team for over a decade, and this is the first time we’ve partnered with a tech company in this way.
“IDS’ deep expertise, coupled with its understanding of our member base, makes it a perfect fit.
“They’ve ‘walked the walk’ when it comes to scaling businesses, and we know they’ll be an invaluable resource to our members.”
